Ballooning aggression

The commemoration reminded the world of Tokyo's historical aggression amid worsening relations between the two countries.

More than 300 drivers caught speeding in school zones

A total of 128 drivers were fined today for speeding in a school zone, the results of a police blitz to enforce the new 30 km/h zones that began this week.

Another 173 drivers got off with warnings, according to statistics ......
