Man charged with second-degree murder in Charleswood slayings

A man known to have a relationship to the female victim in a double slaying discovered in Charleswood Friday has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder.

Seymour Lloyd Sharpe, 44, was charged after he turned himself in.
