Bridge collapses

A portion of the Interstate 5 bridge is submerged after collapsing into the Skagit River Thursday evening. The collapse sent people and vehicles into the water in Mount Vernon, Wash., Thursday. Reports late Thursday indicated there were no deaths as a result of the collapse.
