Project Elmwood 2 - NOW WE'RE ROLLING!

The East Elmwood Community Centre was destroyed by fire Thursday morning - one of the places affected was the Elmwood Morning, Lunch and After School Program.

We’ve launched Project Elmwood 2 to help the staff and families get back on their feet.

They need donations of the following: books, toys, play equipment and cash. Donations of items for elementary school age children would be especially helpful as the centre provides care for children beyond nursery and kindergarten age.

DONATION INFO:

-You can drop your donations off at our offices. We are located at 3-177 Lombard Avenue, open 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

-Donations are being accepted at Western Storage at 1300 Dugald Road. There will be an Easystor portable container set up in the front yard to collect donations.

-Kildonan Place Guest Services (1555 Regent Avenue West, located at Centre Court) anytime during mall hours.

-Best Buy (1580 Regent Ave West)
