SATURDAY, SEPT. 22

MOON ALERT Avoid shopping or making important decisions from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. After that the moon moves from Sagittarius into Capricorn.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

Your focus on partners and close friends will be strong in the next six weeks. But take note: During this window of time, you'll have the best chance to learn more about yourself and your style of relating to others. Make the most of this.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

You've decided it's time to get better organized. In other words, you want to manage your life better. This feeling will last for about five or six weeks, so get busy! Buy shelving, file folders, labels, cleaning equipment, paint or whatever support material you need to do a great job.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

Lucky you! The next six weeks are full of fun, pleasure and amusing diversions. It's a great time for romance and love affairs as well as sports events, vacations and playful times with kids. Look for ways to express your creative talents. Enjoy!

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

Your focus now turns to home, family and domestic matters. In the month ahead, relations with a parent might be significant. You will also seek out time alone at home because you need some quiet time, especially to ponder childhood memories.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

Fasten your seatbelts because your daily pace will accelerate in the next six weeks. You'll be busy with short trips, running errands and talking to everyone. Many of you will be reading and writing more than usual as well. Get out and get the buzz from everyone!

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

"Show me the money!" You're going to be thinking about earnings, cash flow and your financial matters much more in the next six weeks. This could be the time to get a raise or a better job. You will certainly get a better handle on what your assets and liabilities are.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Today the sun moves into your sign where it will boost your energy for the next month. Not only will you feel more energized, you will easily attract more people to you, as well as favourable circumstances. (Not too shabby.) Milk this for all it's worth!

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Your personal year is ending now because your birthday is about to arrive in about a month. That means the next several weeks are the best time for you to strategize what your new year should be all about. How do you want it to be better than last year?

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Get ready for a popular month ahead because everybody wants to see your face. Not only will you be talking to pals and acquaintances, some of you will join clubs, classes and organizations. The upshot of it all is your social calendar is packed. Yada, yada, yada.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

The sun is slowly moving across the top of your chart now. (The only time all year this happens.) Symbolically, this means the sun is like a spotlight on you, which in turn, means everyone favourably notices you much more, especially bosses and VIPs. (Demand the advantage!)

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Feelings of restlessness make you want to get outta Dodge at some point in the next six weeks. Travel anywhere if you can. Push the boundaries of the envelope. You can also satisfy your need for stimulation by learning something new.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

You will feel more passionate about a lot of issues in the next six weeks, and yes, this includes gymnastics in the bedroom. (Not that you feel confined to the bedroom, by any means.) You will also fiercely defend your rights in disputes about shared property.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Actress Laura Vandervoort (1984) shares your birthday. You want to know a myriad of things about endless subjects! You eagerly begin new projects because you love stimulation and you are naturally spontaneous. However, you are private. (Sometimes you shock others, which you rarely realize.) This coming year, something you've been involved with for about nine years will end or diminish to make room for something new.
