MOON ALERT We have the all clear to do business and make important decisions. The moon is in Gemini.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

You have a strong need to talk to others, especially at a gut level. "You talkin' to me?") You want to tell it like it is, which is very much your style, anyhow. No superficial chitchat, not tonight, Josephine.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

Your focus is on your money and possessions. For some reason, you might strongly identify with something you own. You might also strongly identify with a $100 bill and not want to part with it, if someone tries to hit you up. "My favourite bank gave that to me."

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

The moon is in your sign, which makes you a little luckier than usual. However, it also makes you more emotional in both a giving and demanding way. Actually, this is a good day to ask the universe for what you want because you just might get it.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

You'll prefer working alone or behind the scenes because you want some privacy. Relations with females might be testy. Far better that you do research or explore mystical, spiritual planes. "Did you hear that? Was that a knock?"

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

This is a great day to shmooze with others, especially females. You feel protective about others, even nurturing. This is why you will be quick to give others emotional support but, of course, you want to be appreciated for your efforts. (And why not?)

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Private details about your personal life might be public. (Whaaat?) Just be aware of this, especially if you've got something to hide. The people who might notice are going to be authority figures -- bosses, parents, teachers, VIPs and even the police. (Forewarned is forearmed.)

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Do something different because you need a change of scenery. You feel restless and hungry for knowledge and adventure. Therefore, satisfy these urges! Go someplace you've never been before. Study something new. Talk to people from different backgrounds.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

This is the perfect day to focus on debt, taxes, shared property, insurance matters and red-tape stuff. (Boring, but it's gotta be done.) However, some of you might become privately focused on passionate intimacy, shall we say? This could come up as a juicy subject of discussion. ("Anyone for tennis?")

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Because the moon is directly opposite your sign, you have to give a bit. Be prepared to compromise with others. Be tolerant and forgiving. In two weeks, the moon will be in your sign and others will be forced to give to you. It works both ways.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Satisfy your urge to get better organized by putting things in neat little piles or something like that. Get rid of what you are not using (recycle it, give it away or sell it). You'll feel better about everything in your world if you can reduce your clutter both at home and at work. Just do it.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

A playful day! Look for opportunities to flirt or join others in fun discussions. Take a long lunch. Meet pals after work. Enjoy sports events, romance, the arts and playful activities with children. Seek out ways to express your creative urges.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

You might feel like cocooning at home (if you can). You might also have a significant discussion with a female relative, especially your mother. Family discussions could be emotional. This is a classic time to do a little soul-searching.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Actress Lily Collins (1989) shares your birthday. You're intuitive and imaginative. Many of you have strong psychic abilities. (You also have great patience.) Dreams can be a powerful factor in your life. You're very aware of the cycles in life and what can be learned from them. In the year ahead, something you've been involved with for nine years will end or diminish to make room for something new.
