MOON ALERT We have the all clear today to do business and make important decisions. The moon is in Aries.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

Your enthusiasm for something could make you overestimate a situation or be emotionally overboard. (Just a guess.) Something might easily create a battle of wills with an authority figure -- a boss, parent or teacher. Forewarned is forearmed.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

In your zeal to do something that might boost your earnings or the earnings of a group of people, you might inadvertently cause someone to take offence, perhaps for political, religious or racial reasons. This might be unintended, nevertheless, it's a possibility. Be aware of this.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

This is a great day for group activities of any kind -- gym classes, school classes, meetings, conventions or conferences. You will truly enjoy exchanges with others, especially discussions where you can learn something new. However, exercise caution about disputes over shared property or debt.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

You make a fabulous impression on bosses, parents, teachers and VIPs. They see you as enthusiastic, capable and socially skilled. People want to hear what you have to say, which invigorates you. Nevertheless, a power struggle with a partner or a close friend could happen. Oops! (Not everyone wants to hear what you have to say.)

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

Grab every opportunity to travel or book a vacation if you can today because you really want to spread your wings and fly. Literally, if possible. This is also a great day to explore opportunities in publishing, the media, medicine and the law. Ditto for higher education. (However, tip-toe to avoid arguments about controversial subjects.)

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Something makes you feel richer today or as if you are the recipient of generosity or abundance from the universe. How reassuring! This might be a little thing or a big thing; either way you feel blessed. Caution about ego battles over the use of money or someone's possessions. Tread carefully.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

You'll enjoy dealing with members of the general public as well as hanging out with partners and close friends because all your interactions with others will be friendly and upbeat. At some point, however, an argument that is about power and control might take place. Easy does it.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Relations with co-workers are warm and friendly. Work-related travel is likely. You're also happy because you have the support you need to do something. Try to slough off a nasty little power struggle with someone at some point today. (Whew!)

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

This is truly a party day for your sign! Meet friends for lunch or dinner. Enjoy sports events. Have a picnic and watch the sunset. Be a kid again. Romance is promising but there could be a blip or quarrel about money with someone. (Sigh) Money is a sore point.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

This is a fabulous day to entertain at home. You'll enjoy redecorating, renovating or spending time with family and guests. You feel enthusiastic about whatever is going on at home. Do be patient at some point if differing opinions flare up.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Writers, teachers, actors, plus salespeople and people in marketing, can use their communication skills in a beautiful way. Essentially, you feel upbeat and positive and this is your secret. (Be careful your enthusiasm doesn't rub someone the wrong way.)

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

Business and commerce are blessed. Work-related travel or opportunities to deal with foreign countries can benefit you. However, a difference of opinion about something -- probably in a group situation -- is likely. Hold your ground.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Actress Kristen Stewart (1990) shares your birthday. At times you are excessive because you passionately believe in what you do. Naturally, you are sometimes outspoken and direct. However, since you are so fervent, you like to share your ideas with others (in very persuasive ways). You are excellent at encouraging others to do something. Your coming year will be the beginning of a fresh new cycle. Open any door!
