March 8 Horoscope

MOON ALERT Caution: Avoid shopping or making important decisions from 3:45 a.m. until 5 p.m. After that, the moon moves from Virgo into Libra. (However, the full moon peaks in Virgo today at 3:39 a.m.)

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

You feel tension with co-workers today. This is because of the full moon. Some of you might feel some tension with your health as well. Don't worry because full moon anxieties are gone in 48 hours.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

Be patient with friends, groups, children and lovers today. Whatever tension arises today is due to the full moon, which is the opposition of male and female energy. Don't make a big deal about anything. Be particularly patient with children.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

You feel pulled between the demands of home and family versus the demands of your career and external world. It seems impossible to satisfy them both. And indeed, this is likely the case because the full moon always puts us in that kind of dilemma. Just cope as best you can.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

The full moon today might be an accident-prone time, so take extra precautions. Slow down and take it easy. Don't push the river. Just accept whatever limitations you face today.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

Certain financial matters might come to a head today, especially with banking, inheritances, earnings and the wealth of others. An issue regarding debt might also be at hand. You can't solve things today but you might put out a few fires.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Today the only full moon in your sign all year is taking place. This is bound to create a bit of friction between you and others. It's not a big deal, so don't make a fuss about something or you'll end up with egg on your face.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Like your opposite sign Aries, you might feel tension today regarding your health, your job or both. Don't get your belly in a rash over this because the full moon tension only lasts about 48 hours.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Romance might be in the toilet today. Dealing with children could be especially challenging. Today's full moon will likely bring stress to sports, social situations and relating to kids.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Summon up all your diplomacy and patience to deal with family members today because you're gonna need it. Today's full moon is one of the most powerful days all year in terms of creating tension at home and with family members. CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Heads up because the full moon today could cause distractions, which in turn, create accidents for you -- verbally, physically or both. Yikes! Think before you speak. And slow down.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Keep an eye on your cash flow today because something might come to a head. This could relate to your bank accounts, your earnings or anything to do with financial matters that you share with others. Just keep an eye on things.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

Today the only full moon all year that is opposite your sign is taking place. This is why you might experience difficulties with partners and close friends. Your only recourse is patience, tolerance and perhaps some soothing music.

Actor Aidan Quinn (1959) shares your birthday. You are intelligent and you have strong opinions. Many of you are popular because you seem to magnetize others to you. You can also be very intense and uncompromising at times. You challenge the values of society. In your year ahead, you have the chance to study or learn something very important to you.
