MOON ALERT We have the all clear today to do business and make important decisions. The moon is in Leo.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

It's The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. Well, not really ugly. This morning, kids feel burdensome and critical of your efforts (as you will be of theirs). Fortunately, by the afternoon you're laughing! Social diversions, the arts and romantic flirtations turn your day around.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

Discussions with older relatives, especially mom, are difficult this morning. Everyone's hanging black crepe paper. Just be aware this is a temporary feeling because later in the day, you'll feel completely different. In fact, family relations will be upbeat! (Go figure.)

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

Worries and angst might colour your morning. Your glass is definitely half-empty. However, later in the day something happens that totally shifts your point of view and makes you feel your glass is half-full. Enjoy group meetings in the afternoon.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

Today is a bit of a crapshoot because in the morning, you feel worried about finances or perhaps something you own, yet, in the afternoon, you suddenly feel much better -- dare we say rich? Perhaps you're looking through the other end of the telescope.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

The moon is in your sign today, which makes you more emotional than usual. However, it also brings you a bit of good luck. (Always take any luck you can.) This morning conversations with authority figures or family members are tough. Fear not, by this afternoon you don't care. Tra-la, tra-la!

Inner worries might create a bit of anxiety for you this morning. (Something secretive or behind the scenes?) Just let this go because later in the day, something happens that puts a whole new spin on things. Now you feel encouraged. "I do have a future!"

Someone older or more experienced might be critical of you today. (Don't you love it?) "Make my day." Just let this go because later this afternoon, you'll feel enthused about travel possibilities or something related to publishing, the media, medicine and the law.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Some details of your private life will be public today, especially in the eyes of authority figures. You won't be too thrilled about this. Don't worry because you'll have the last laugh when money, assistance and favours from others buoy your spirits this afternoon. (How sweet it is.)

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Initially, you might be discouraged about travel plans or something to do with publishing, the media, medicine or legal matters. (A disappointment.) Hang in there; by the afternoon, you'll feel much better about your job and your health because rays of light come streaming through.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

You might be disappointed this morning in your share of something or how something is divided. You might also feel anxious about bills and taxes. Just so you know, you'll feel very relieved about these same issues by this afternoon. (Bonnie and Clyde to the rescue?)

Discussions with partners and close friends are a bit stiff this morning. Feelings of mutual criticism put a damper on things. As is often the case, by this afternoon, joy and laughter are ample evidence that you are enjoying yourself at sports events, artistic productions, romantic getaways or fun times with kids.
