Today's Horoscope
MOON ALERT Avoid shopping or making important decisions from 4:30 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. After that the moon moves from Virgo into Libra.
ARIES (March 21-April 19)
At some point today, you might have a little upset with a close friend or partner, probably late in the day. It could be a little argument or you might expect something and the other person expects something else. Or you could get trapped in a parking lot. Or you might lose something. (Ouch.)
TAURUS (April 20-May 20)
Something to do with your work routine or possibly your health will give you some surprises today, probably later in the day. It could be related to computer crashes, power outages, staff shortages or lost paperwork. Minor, frustrating stuff.
GEMINI (May 21-June 20)
Later this day is an accident-prone time for your children so be vigilant. Know where they are at all times. Remove them from accident-prone environments or situations. "Don't run with scissors!"
CANCER (June 21-July 22)
Something will interrupt your home routine, most likely later in the day. Power outages, minor breakages or even small appliances on the fritz might be frustrating. Be patient with family members to avoid nasty little arguments. (It takes two to make a fight.)
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)
This is an accident-prone day so be careful. It is most dangerous later in the day. Don't be hasty. Pay attention to everything you do. Pay attention to everything you say. Be extra careful driving, jogging and walking. Think before you speak.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Later in the day, you might break something or lose something so guard against this. Stay in touch with your bank account. Keep an eye on your possessions. If shopping, count your change and keep your receipts. Lock your car and take nothing for granted.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Your evening plans might change today. Be aware of this and plan accordingly. (Although how do you plan for the unknown? A toothbrush, a credit card and, of course, an abacus, for starters.) Basically, allow extra time through your day so you can be flexible.
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
You feel vaguely restless today. You have that feeling that you're waiting for the other shoe to drop. Of course, they are invariably ugly, aren't they? And not in your size. At least, knowing that many others feel just as restless, especially this evening, might be comforting.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Be patient with others, especially in group situations today. This evening, in particular, you might feel challenged by someone. (Probably a female.) Don't blow your cool, which you generally don't, by the way. This is just a brief dark cloud on your horizon.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
You might feel rebellious or resentful dealing with a parent or authority figure later this afternoon or this evening. It's probably in your best interest not to let it show or say anything because you might end up with egg on your face and no ketchup handy. (I hate that.)
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Travel plans might change or be cancelled late today. (Strong likelihood.) This is also a mildly accident-prone day for you, especially later in the day, so be careful. Give yourself wiggle room in terms of time and whatever you're doing so that you don't feel pressed or hasty.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)
Take extra care of whatever you handle today, especially if other people are involved. For example, you might borrow something from someone or be using another person's possession, or be on their property. This is the most likely scenario for breaking something this evening. ("Oops, sorry! Gosh, was that yours?")
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY
Actress Emily Browning (1988) shares your birthday. You are an original thinker. Because of your unique take on life, you often live on the periphery of things. Likewise, it's difficult for you to choose a profession. You might try many fields before you choose. You have a wonderful imagination and are sensitive to the world around you. It's important to study something specific in the year ahead because it will help you in your future.
