Today's Horoscope
MOON ALERT Avoid shopping or making important decisions from 6:20 a.m. until 1O a.m. After that the moon moves from Scorpio into Sagittarius.
ARIES (March 21-April 19)
There is a confused element loose. Whatever you try to do, you can only give it half your energy. It's a bit like walking in quicksand. (Yikes.) Don't worry, this influence will pass quickly. Just do your best.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20)
Your efforts to deal with others in group situations might be perplexing. (Perplexing to you, that is.) In one moment, you're gung-ho, enthusiastic and ready to rally the troops. Then in the next moment, you feel tired and it's all too much bother. What's with that?
GEMINI (May 21-June 20)
Despite your eagerness to accomplish something, it's hard to throw yourself behind your intentions. Whether due to fatigue, wariness or doubt, you feel unsure about something. (Then again, you might have a good two-year-old in the barn.)
CANCER (June 21-July 22)
You feel uncertain about plans related to publishing, higher education, travel and perhaps legal or medical matters as well. These are areas you were recently very enthusiastic about but now you're not sure. It might be that your energy level is low; bide your time.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)
This is a poor day to make important decisions about inheritances, shared property, debt, taxes or anything you own jointly with others. Basically, your inner confidence is shaky when it comes to discussing these matters. Therefore, wait a few days.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
When it comes to partnerships and close friendships you're not sure if you should act or do nothing. You feel caught in between a rock and a hard place. Actually, it's more subtle than that; you're just not sure what you should do. (When you feel this way, do nothing.)
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
"It was Monday. It was Monday all day." Yes, it's one of those Mondays when you just don't seem to have the get-up-and-go to do everything that you wish you could. Just settle for whatever you do get done. Don't push the river.
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
You feel unusually sympathetic to the needs of children, which is why you will respond quickly to help kids or younger people if you can. However, be careful with romantic situations because things might be more confused than they initially appear. Go carefully.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Domestic issues are confusing. In one way, you want to help a family member, if possible, especially someone in need. And yet, you might second-guess yourself and doubt your course of action. If you're not sure what to do, do nothing. Play it safe.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Be mindful of everything you say to others because not only might you be stretching a few details for them, you could also be kidding yourself. Actually, this is also going on all around you. It's not that everyone is lying; it's more like they're not totally telling the truth.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
This is a poor day for important financial decisions, including major purchases, because you might talk yourself into spending money on something and then later regret it. Furthermore, you might not have all the facts or things might look better (or ironically, worse) than they really are.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)
No matter what you do, it's hard to put all of yourself into whatever you're doing. You can't get fully behind a project. This could be because you feel low-energy or because you're not ready to endorse something. It's OK to sit on the fence.
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY
Activist Rosa Parks (1913-2005), who refused to move to the back of a segregationist bus, shares your birthday. You are lively, dynamic and very entertaining to others. You're also very brave and daring. You like to do things your own way because you have a strong streak of independence. You have abundant energy and will fight for your beliefs. You often do things in a unique way. In the year ahead, an important choice will arrive. Choose wisely.
