MOON ALERT After 5:15 a.m. we have the All Clear to do business. The full moon peaks in Scorpio at 2:57 p.m.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

Squabbles about shared possessions and the wealth and resources of your partner might arise because of the intense full moon energy. Don't get suckered in. Demonstrate grace under pressure. In 48 hours this tension will pass.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

The only full moon all year that is opposite your sign is taking place today. Naturally, this creates tension between you and others. Just accept this and be patient and gracious. Be especially patient with bosses and authority figures.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

Today's full moon will stir up trouble in the workplace, especially with bosses and anyone older or more experienced. Don't try to prove anything because you will feel squelched or shutdown. Take it easy and keep a low profile. Just let this full moon tension pass.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

Today's full moon can create tension in romantic relationships as well as tension (for parents and teachers) with children. There is no upside here so your only recourse is to cope as best you can with forbearance and a little humour. Expect obstacles and restrictions.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

You are caught in the classic dilemma of tension between home and family versus career and your public reputation. The full moon sharply highlights this. Actually, you can't ignore your career and public reputation right now because so much is going on!

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

The full moon energy today might create an accident-prone situation for you so pay attention to everything you say and do. Be observant. Guard against knee-jerk reactions, especially with siblings and neighbours. Don't say anything you will later regret.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

This is one of the few full moons in the year that creates tension over money and possessions and shared property. You might have a falling out with someone about who owns what or who is responsible for what. Actually, this is a poor time to have an argument because people are too emotional. (Including you.)

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Today the only full moon in your sign all year is taking place. That's why you feel intensely emotional about things. That's also why you might find it difficult dealing with others, especially those who are closest to you. Don't make a big deal about anything. Be cool. (This lasts about 48 hours.)

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

You might be disturbed or bothered by something going on behind the scenes. It could be secret meetings or discussions that affect you, and yet you are out of the loop. Don't worry about this because all of this will be resolved in a few days. Relax.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Relations with friends, especially in groups, will be challenging because the full moon energy puts everyone on edge. They might not be aware of it but they are more easily impatient with everyone, as you will notice. Sit back and watch but say very little.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

You might feel pulled between the demands of home and family versus the demands of career and your external world because of the energy of today's full moon. This is classic but this particular energy happens for you only once a year. Don't ignore home and family.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

Be careful; today's full moon energy might create an accident-prone situation for you simply because you will be distracted or emotionally overwrought. Nothing has to happen -- it's all up to you and how calm you can stay, or not. (Consider it a challenge for your mental control.)

Actress Renée Zellweger (1969) shares your birthday. You have a strong physical aura that others notice. To you, actions speak louder than words. You are very much in the present and constantly notice your surroundings. You have strong plans that you intend to make a reality. You hate phonies. Good news! Your year ahead might be one of the most powerful years of your life. Dream big!
