MOON ALERT After 6 a.m. we have the all clear to do business (whether $10 or $10 million) and make important decisions. The moon is in Leo.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

You have forceful opinions about matters at home, especially regarding children. You might be dealing with a situation that has repeated itself in the past. ("Enuff awreddy!") Although you feel you have a lot emotionally invested in this, be gentle with the little people.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

When you talk to others you're coming on like gangbusters (especially with siblings and relatives). Basically, this is because you're putting a lot of yourself into what you have to say. Meanwhile, someone older or more experienced will probably object. Oh well. (Sheesh.)

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

You have strong opinions about financial matters. They might include shopping, especially if you're trying to buy something you have been wanting for a while. ("This is my chance!") Nevertheless, criticisms from others or self-criticism might dampen your enthusiasm. (Bummer.)

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

You are initiating conversations with others because you need to speak. You are the active agent in whatever you're doing. You might want to start a new business venture or share your ideas with others. (Responsibilities with children might be a lot to handle.)

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

Someone in the family, perhaps older or in a position of authority, might be critical of you. Perhaps this is why you are hiding or choosing to work alone or behind the scenes. ("Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.") Leos don't like criticism. After all, Leo is a sign of royalty and nobility. Respect is what you want.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

This is an excellent day to join with others on new projects, preferably kicking off a plan that has been in the works for some time. (Mercury is retrograde.) However, you might be worried about something or someone might be critical. Lighten up. (And someone is always critical.)

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Conversations with authority figures will be lively. Your boss or your parent will sit up and listen. However, someone might have financial restrictions to suggest or impose. (There's one in every crowd.) Or perhaps your own finances can't keep up with your bright ideas. (Been there, done that.)

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Vehement discussions about politics, religion, publishing issues or something to do with the media, medicine and the law will probably take place. You have strong opinions about something and so do others. Nevertheless, someone will put a damper on things.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Travel plans might be tough to pull off. You might also encounter obstacles in publishing, the media and higher education. Meanwhile, you have very strong ideas about debt, mortgages, loans, shared property or anything shared with someone else. Good luck.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Discussions with others are vibrant because everyone is taking a stand on things. And they're sticking to their story. Because of this consensus, agreement might be difficult, especially since someone older (perhaps in a group) is discouraging.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Conversations with partners, parents and bosses are a bit bleak and depressing. (Oy vey.) You might feel cut off from others. Perhaps this is why you are so adamant about issues at work? Or perhaps these issues are health-related? Or perhaps your server is slow?

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

You're enthusiastic about something related to the arts, the entertainment world, show business or the hospitality industry. Actually, you might be equally as enthusiastic about a romantic relationship. Little speed bumps at work are temporary.

Actor Tom Hanks (1956) shares your birthday. You like to make sense of things. You take things apart to see how they work. You love serendipity and the intriguing way cycles are related. You study the past to investigate and learn so you can share your findings with others because you are forever curious. Work hard to build or construct something this year because your rewards will soon follow.
