Today's horoscope

MOON ALERT After 7:30 a.m. we have the all clear to do business (whether $10 or $10 million) and make important decisions. The moon is in Libra.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

You might be successful in introducing reforms at work because timing is everything and it's a good day to do this. Similarly, you might be on a new health kick and want to reform your body. Today, mediocrity -- tomorrow, the universe!

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

Creative possibilities are amazing. You might put a new spin on things or see a new approach to something related to the arts, the entertainment world, the hospitality industry or professional sports. (Be careful about improving a romantic relationship, no matter how tempting.)

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

You have lots of energy to make changes for the better at home. In particular, you want to see improvement in bathroom areas, laundry areas or anything to do with plumbing, garbage and recycling. Does a better mousetrap catch a better class of mice?

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

You'll be persuasive if you have to convince others to do your bidding or agree with you. The main reason is you will put all of yourself into whatever you say. (At least, up to the left armpit.) Ideally, what you recommend should benefit others as well as yourself.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

Trust your money-making ideas. You might see ways to cut costs and be more economical. You might see a new way to earn money. You might also see new uses and applications for something you already own. Clever you.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Take a realistic look in the mirror and ask yourself what you can do to improve the image you offer the world. (After all, you never get a second chance to make a first impression.) What can you do to improve your appearance? Hair? Clothing? Think about it.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Your research skills will pay off because you are resourceful and uncanny about knowing how to go for the jugular. You will know exactly where to look to discover truths and answers that have eluded you in the past.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Join forces with others to see new ways to achieve the mandate of an organization or club to which you belong. You might also come up with better personal goals for yourself, no doubt prompted by the encouragement of others. "You can do it!"

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Your ambition has been aroused for some time, however, now you're prepared to go after what you want, no holds barred. Because of this you might end up in power struggle with someone. Nevertheless, you will probably win. Try to make this a win-win situation. (For your own benefit.)

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

You might want to improve travel plans or make positive changes to something you're studying or writing. Effort you put out will bring some kind of reform or improvement because this is entirely possible. Better yet, if what you do improves society as well as yourself, you win big.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Sit down with others to come up with a better way to resolve differences about how to handle shared property, taxes, insurance matters, inheritances or anything you own jointly with others. Strive to come up with a solution that is beneficial for everyone.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

You might attract someone powerful to you, or others might think you are coming on strong. Either way, discussions with others will include ways to improve the relationship itself. There is always a better way of getting along because there's no end to better.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Actress Vanessa Marano (1992) shares your birthday. You have excellent powers of observation. You absorb information and, because you are organized and decisive, you're ready to act. You welcome challenges and are confident to move quickly. You are gentle, kind and accommodating to others. Personally, you love mysteries and sleuthing the facts of a situation. This year partnerships and close friendships will be your primary focus.
