Today's Horoscope

MOON ALERT: We have the all clear to do business (whether $10 or $10 million) and make important decisions. The moon is in Virgo.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

It's an easier day but you're still plugging away at routine work to get things done. How noble. If you keep at your tasks, you will be rewarded later in the day either with praise, a raise or a mild flirtation from a co-worker. It's a solid day.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

Partners and people working in creative endeavours will be productive because you're in a sensible, analytical frame of mind, and yet, as the day wears on, you are more and more in touch with your muse. Discussions about sports or education of children will be solid.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

You'll enjoy puttering around home, perhaps doing repairs and then later doing some redecorating. In the same way, discussions with family members might involve practical planning and then later, you bring out the wine and cheese.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

You feel like being alone with your thoughts. It's a thoughtful day and you want some solitude to do future planning and reassess things. After that is out of the way, later in the day, you'll want to shmooze and have fun.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

You will be prudent and cautious with financial matters. Check your bank account to get the lay of the land. Information is power. What kind of planning can you do to improve your finances? Especially down the road. By evening, your practical concerns fade and you're ready to spend money on fun and pleasure.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

The moon is in your sign dancing with Saturn and fair Venus. That's why you initially are more concerned with your duties and obligations. You feel cautious, practical and sensible. Later, you will enjoy good food and drink with fun friends (if you're lucky).

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Solitude in beautiful surroundings will suit you. You feel a tad reclusive, not sad or depressed, just appreciating your own company. Late in the day, a dalliance or secret love affair might titillate you. You'll be done with solitude and ready for self-indulgence.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Discussions with a female friend or acquaintance will be serious but they will be productive. Whatever long-range plans you agree to could affect your future. By evening, you want to shmooze with others, perhaps by entertaining at home.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Discussions with authority figures will be serious and productive. Someone might be concerned with cost-cutting or long-range planning and no doubt you will concur. By evening, flirtations with a boss or someone older might excite you.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

This is a good day to make long-range plans about publishing, the media, medicine, higher education, the law and anything to do with travel. You're looking forward to your future and want to nail something down in a practical, solid way. Good idea.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

You'll make great headway dealing with red-tape stuff about shared property, inheritances, insurance matters, taxes and debt. Boring but it's gotta be done. Fear not, there will be a reward. By evening sexual intimacy and warm flirtations are promising.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

This is an excellent day to sit down with partners and close friends and make long-range plans for the future. You might make travel plans with someone or fine-tune ideas related to publishing, higher education, the media, medicine and the law. It's a practical, productive and pleasant day.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Actor Ryan Robbins (1971) shares your birthday. There is a unique quality about you; you are not like others. You have a philosophical bent and are completely free-spirited. You are both down-to-earth yet full of whimsy and imagination. It's important to maintain your freedom. It's also important to study or learn something valuable this year because whatever you learn will affect your future by opening new doors or enriching your life.
