MOON ALERT We have the all clear to do business and make important decisions until 10:30 p.m. After that the moon moves from Cancer into Leo.
ARIES (March 21-April 19)
It's important to be aware your ruler Mars will be opposite your sign for the next eight months. Typically, it is opposite your sign for six weeks once every two years. This means you will deal with open enemies and be at odds with partners. Compromise will be your ally.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20)
For months ahead, until the winter of 2014, you will throw your energies into working hard to accomplish a lot. You will take great pride in whatever you do and, of course, you will want credit for it. And why not? Who wouldn't?
GEMINI (May 21-June 20)
For the next eight months, you will indulge your playful side. You will amuse yourself and express your creative talents. You will be unusually flirtatious and fun-loving and will expect to have the freedom to do what you want. It will be hard to be disciplined, but you won't care.
CANCER (June 21-July 22)
Increased activity and chaos on the home front are likely for you for months to come. This could be due to renovations, residential moves or guests and relatives camping on your doorstep. (Yikes!) Naturally, this could create domestic conflict, especially with parents. Courage!
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)
For the next 10 months, you'll be busy with short trips and a busy daily pace. You will be opinionated and might easily argue because you identify with your beliefs, but it will be a strong time for those of you who write, edit, act, teach and sell for a living.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
You will work hard in the coming months to boost your earnings. You will need to do this because you will spend a lot of money on special goodies. For some reason, you will see things you simply must have and you will feel possessive about what you already own.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Get more exercise in the coming year because you will be assertive and much more of a fighter for your own rights than usual. Because your physical energies will be high, you will need a physical release for them. (Well, yes, that too.)
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Hidden enemies are something to be aware of in the coming year. Fortunately, you are probably the only sign with eyes in the back of your head. You instinctively sense danger and threatening situations and people. Your survival instincts are strong.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Many of you will be competitive with others in the coming year, especially physically in groups. Obviously, this can be gym classes or specific sports, but it might also be through your work or your involvement in a club or organization.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
For whatever reasons, you will be more ambitious than you've been in decades, and this ambition will last for about nine months. Because you will work so hard to achieve something, you might be at odds with authority figures. Stay chill.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
For months ahead, you will be keen to travel and explore creative ideas and learn about new beliefs and cultural values. You might also forge ahead in publishing, the media, medicine and the law. Many of you will go back to school or sign up for a course.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)
Disputes about shared property, inheritances, taxes, debt and insurance matters are likely in the next eight-to-nine months. This conflict might force you to re-examine your position. In addition, this energy will also arouse your sex drive. (Oh my. Money and sex.)
Actress Jennifer Beals (1963) shares your birthday. You are passionate, bold and daring. Furthermore, you share your feelings with others, which in turn elicits a reaction from them. You are also courageous in meeting challenges and overcoming them. You have a strong sense of personal freedom, which you will always defend. In the year ahead, partnerships and close relationships will be your top priority.
