Today's Horoscope

MOON ALERT We have the all clear to do business and make important decisions. The moon is in Cancer.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

Be careful because you could find yourself at odds with someone. For starters, family conversations will be passionate and perhaps angry because emotions are running high. And a discussion with a friend or a member of a group will go flat or meet with obstacles.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

This is an argumentative day so be careful. Think before you speak. You might want to reform or improve someone or vice versa they want to do this to you. Perhaps it relates to difficulties with bosses, parents and partners. Yeah, everyone is in the picture. Tiptoe, tiptoe.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

Disputes about money, cash flow or possessions might arise. Criticism about travel plans or anything to do with publishing, the media, medicine and the law might be related to these financial disputes or they might be just another speed bump in your day.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

The moon is in your sign and directly opposite big daddy Pluto. This can create feelings of jealousy and suspicion. Quite likely, you will hide these feelings, but boy oh boy, you will feel them! You might be unhappy about your measly share of something.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

You might feel offended, jealous or suspicious, but you won't reveal that you feel this way. You don't want to appear petty. Therefore, you will hide these feelings. Perhaps that's why disputes with a partner or friend will break out later. (You just have to say something about something.)

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

An intense discussion with a female acquaintance might make your teeth itch. Perhaps that's what sets off difficulties with co-workers. It might also make you feel critical of others. Life will be easier if you do not voice these criticisms. (But you know this.)

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Don't get into it with authority figures, especially females. It won't be pretty. But if you do feel some hidden resentment, don't take it out on your main squeeze or the kids, which might be a knee-jerk response. Librans are famous for their diplomacy.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Keep controversial issues like politics and religion at arm's length because they might upset you. Similarly, you might be irked with a sibling. Unfortunately, these feelings could trigger upsets with someone at home or a family member. Stay chill.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

You feel passionate about certain issues, especially if they relate to your beliefs or something you want to do. An authority figure might shoot down your ideas or create obstacles for you, especially in your daily routine. No doubt this ticks you off.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Be patient with partners and close friends because the moon is opposite your sign, which means you have to go more than halfway with others. Be conciliatory. Be accommodating. And stay away from squabbles about money and possessions. (Forewarned is forearmed.)

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

You might find it difficult dealing with a female co-worker or employee. (But you probably won't say anything.) Meanwhile, you won't be happy dealing with bosses and authority figures either because they refuse to endorse your ideas. Life's a bummer.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

Romantic relationships and even relationships with your kids are out of sorts. Someone is not happy. When people are unhappy, they often say and do things they later regret. Be careful. If you act with personal self-discipline, you'll have no regrets.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Actor Jon Hamm (1971) shares your birthday. Self-understanding is important to you, which is why you put personal considerations first. Nevertheless, you are ambitious and hard-working, but you will never sacrifice your idealism. You are fun to be with and playful; you love to enjoy life. You are a sensitive person and your feelings are easily hurt. In the coming year, your primary emphasis will be on partnerships and close friendships.
