Today's Horoscope

MOON ALERT Avoid shopping or making important decisions from 2:45 p.m. until 9:20 p.m. After that the moon moves from Cancer into Leo.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

Avoid arguments at home, especially with female relatives or your mother. (Or your mother-in-law.) Fortunately, this is a brief window that occurs this afternoon so you just be patient until the coast is clear. Fortunately, relations with friends are chummy.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

It's easy to have squabbles with females, especially siblings, relatives and neighbours. Who wants this? Not you. It could be about your determined efforts to achieve something at work. Just lighten up for a while. When the annals of history are written, will any of this really matter?

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

People notice you in a positive way now, but they do notice you. Keep this in mind. Don't ruin your image with a spat with someone this afternoon about money, kids or social plans, including sports. Maintain your cool, especially when you are in the public eye.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

The moon is in your sign, which can make you more emotional than usual. For about a two-hour window this afternoon, you might feel agitated with someone, especially a family member or someone at home. Don't let this get to you. Stay happy and keep the peace.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

You might feel irritated, but yet again feel you cannot say something at the risk of looking foolish or petty. Leos don't do petty. Sure, you can feel this way but you're not going to admit it to anyone because you are royalty. Hang in there.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Disputes about money and possessions might take place with a friend. Or perhaps an emotional discussion in a group or club will relate to a difference of opinion on how funds are handled or spent? If you let this moment slide by, it will disappear.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Avoid arguments with others, especially bosses. Why? Because you are on display. Details about your private life will be public, especially in the eyes of bosses, parents, teachers and VIPs and even the police. Therefore, watch your step.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Don't get too involved in the afternoon with arguments about publishing, travel plans, legal matters, medical situations and anything to do with higher education. It's just not worth it. The irony is if you let a few hours pass, these irritations will vanish. Poof!

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

You like to keep things lighthearted and breezy. Good for you. Therefore, avoid contention with others this afternoon about differing values or how specific funds should be used or how to divide something or use shared property. Stay mellow.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Your patience with a partner or close friend will be tested this afternoon. Although you might not be aware of it, it could relate to the fact that you are so ambitious lately. Maybe someone else resents your ambition and feels they come second?

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Avoid disputes about travel plans, dealing with foreign countries, legal matters, medicine and higher education, which could arise at work. Life is too short for this. Anger serves no purpose except to make everyone miserable. Therefore, why even go there?

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

You could be at odds with a romantic partner about how to share expenses or it could be about the division of labour. It might also relate to differing values. An argument this afternoon could also arise about children. Just coast for the afternoon because these feelings will be short-lived.
