MOON ALERT We have the all clear to do business and make important decisions. The moon is in Sagittarius.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

Don't be alarmed if you find it hard to focus on something. Mercury is lined up with fuzzy Neptune, which tends to make everyone dreamy, idealistic and escapist as well. This makes it hard to get stuff done in the real world, but great for artistic projects.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

Conversations with others will be tricky because people will not want to confront or be direct and forthright; instead, they will tend to hide behind issues and they might even lie.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

Don't be dishonest with bosses, parents, teachers and VIPs just because you're afraid to face the music. Better to just avoid everyone because then you don't have to lie. This is a poor day for important discussions with bosses because confusion is rampant.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

You have strong feelings of escapism. You want to get away from all this. However, your ability to appreciate beauty is stellar. Therefore, visit beautiful places, parks, museums, art galleries and gorgeous, architectural buildings.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

This is not a good day to deal with important issues about shared property, inheritances, insurance matters and banking, taxes and debt. Too much confusion is possible. In fact, someone might not give you the straight goods or they might lie.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Be careful in discussions with others because people (including you) might choose to take the dishonest way out. Basically, this is because of a lack of confidence or fear. It's a poor day to enter into legal negotiations or contracts. What the large print giveth, the small print taketh away.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Conversations that are job-related will be confusing. Ideally, don't even go there. Another area that is ripe for confusion is anything with discussions about your health. Postpone all of this for another day because today is too much smoke and mirrors.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

This can be a creative day for you. It's easy for you to think out-of-the-box because your imagination is stimulated. It's a great day for theatre, the arts and telling stories. However, a romantic partner might play fast and loose with the truth. Bummer.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

You might have dreams and ideals about how to improve your home or improve family relationships. Nevertheless, this is a poor day to go forward in a practical hands-on way because things are confusing.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

This is a poor day to enter into negotiations with someone or to sign contracts or agree to anything important. You will tend to see things as you wish them to be rather than how they actually are.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Avoid important financial decisions. If shopping, be careful because you could buy something luxurious and elegant and then later regret it. It's easy to confuse financial matters as well. Read the small print.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

You can express yourself with great subtlety. You're also very much in touch with your muse, which bodes well for artistic expression.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Actor/writer William Shatner (1931) shares your birthday. People admire you because you appear to be confident and self-assured. You also have an enthusiasm for life, which is contagious. You are quick to be protective of others. You are also charming and diplomatic. This year you will expand your life and try your wings at something exciting and new.
