MOON ALERT Avoid shopping or making important decisions from 9:45 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. After that the moon moves from Gemini into Cancer.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

This is a loosey-goosey day so avoid important decisions. (At least, during the times of the moon alert above.) In the next few weeks, you will enjoy solitude in beautiful surroundings; and some of you might begin a secret love affair. Ooh la la.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

Be careful because you are inclined to focus on financial matters and money transactions. Check with the moon alert above and you will see this is a poor day to do this. (Although you are free to act when the moon alert does not apply.)

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

The moon continues to be in your sign for most of the day; however, it is free-floating now. And that's why you might feel indecisive, vague and not particularly motivated about anything. However, this can be a creative day that is a lot of fun.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

You still have a desire to keep a low profile for a good part of the day. By evening, however, you are ready to come out or go out, whichever the case. In the next few weeks, travel for pleasure will appeal and your appreciation for beauty will be heightened.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

This is a great day to shmooze with friends. Just take it easy if you can. Don't volunteer for anything. Avoid important decisions by staying in touch with the moon alert above. In the coming month, romance will sweeten, and gifts and goodies will come your way.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Check with the moon alert above because this is a poor day for important discussions with authority figures. Meanwhile, fair Venus is moving opposite your sign now where it will stay for four weeks, sweetening all your relations with others, especially partners.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Explore unusual places and talk to people from different backgrounds because you want to be stimulated by exciting change. However, check the moon alert above because it's a poor day for important decisions. A work-related romance might begin for some of you.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

The next month will be pleasant and playful. New love might begin for some; others will rejuvenate existing relationships. It's a great time to take a vacation or enjoy the arts either as a participant or spectator. Children will also be a source of joy.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

In the next four weeks, you will be involved in real-estate deals or redecorating where you live because you want to enhance and secure your home scene. You might also enjoy entertaining at home, especially younger, artistic people.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

You have an opportunity to discover how much love there is in your world, and how much beauty there is in your daily surroundings in the coming month. It's curious, but true. Your awareness of your surroundings will be heightened and pleasant, lovely way.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

This is a creative day for you, which is fantastic for artists and creative types. You feel loose, happy and ready to think outside of the box. Don't agree to anything important but do explore ideas, options and possibilities. Have fun doing this.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

Fair Venus moves into your sign now to stay for the next four weeks. This makes you charming and diplomatic, no question. It's also a wonderful time for you to shop for wardrobe goodies because you will like what you see in the mirror. (Bathroom mirror covered in kisses?)

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Actress Hayley Atwell (1982) shares your birthday. Much of your success is due to hard work and perseverance. You have tenacity. You are also confident and composed. You like to find your path in life and stick with it. This year, you are like a budding plant. (In fact, you will enjoy being in nature.) Grab every opportunity to learn and study because next year is a powerful time for you.
