Today's Horoscope

MOON ALERT After 5 a.m., we have the all clear to do business and make important decisions. The moon is in Leo.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

Although the sun, Mercury and Uranus are in your sign, your ruler Mars happens to be opposite your sun. Most likely this will manifest as difficulties with others, especially partners and close friends. You feel challenged and irritated by the whole lot of them.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

You have lots of energy to use at work both for your own efforts and also to delegate to others. Someone might resent being told what to do. In turn, you resent being questioned or opposed. Remember what your objective is. Can you put a new spin on things to make it a win/win?

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

Parents will have difficulties with children. Likewise, romantic partners can expect difficulties dealing with each other. People are testy, confrontational and easily annoyed. Ironically, jealousy or envy could be a factor.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

Domestic difficulties might arise because the ongoing chaos and confusion at home has reached a climax. The challenge is to take a realistic look to see where you succeeded and where you failed. Are you part of the solution or part of the problem?

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

Because you might get angry, this could be an accident-prone time for you. You might be aggressive in everything you do -- walking, talking and moving around. You want to challenge those who oppose you. Stop and take a breath and assess the situation. Anger will only make things worse.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Financial disputes might arise due to your aggression about earning money or spending it. Either way, you might be at odds with what others want or how someone else wants to deal with shared property. Wait until Friday.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Quarrels with partners and close friends are likely because you simply cannot see eye to eye. Perhaps they think you are coming on too strong whereas you think they are expecting too much. It will be tough to resolve anything. Wait until later this week.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

You might be doing a slow boil about something, but you don't want to mention it. It could be job-related or possibly related to your health or even something to do with a pet. Things are hard for everyone. Just coast if you can.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

You might feel competitive with someone in a group. As a result, this competition will be more sharply defined or it could even create a division. Mars is opposite the sun, which means your ego is involved. You might be annoyed with someone who acts like you.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

This is the classic day for difficulties with authority figures: parents, bosses, teachers, VIPs and the police. Ideally, you will avoid these by running in the opposite direction. It won't be easy to achieve a compromise or consensus. Perhaps this is the consequence of your own ambition? You might want to think about that.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Disputes about politics, religion, racial issues or anything to do with travel, publishing and the media could arise. Actually, disputes about practically anything can arise because fiery Mars opposes the sun. Go gently and avoid fights if you can.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

This is a poor day to try to settle disagreements about shared property, inheritances, taxes, debt, insurance disputes and anything you own jointly with others because people are argumentative. They are not ready to peacefully settle. Factoid.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Actress Robin Wright (1966) shares your birthday. You are ethical, generous and socially responsible. You care about others both personally in your own sphere, as well as globally. Many of you are active in humanitarian causes. No matter how successful you are, you can be shy, but you are calm and cool under pressure. This year you enter a fresh, new nine-year cycle of discovery and beginnings. Open any door!
