MOON ALERT We have the all clear to do business and make important decisions. The moon is in Libra.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

Be careful because you are impulsive and shooting from the hip. You might say something without thinking or do some kind of rash action. It's also an accident-prone day for you. Therefore, keep your eyes open and think before you speak or do anything. Avoid power struggles with others.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

You feel restless. It's sort of an underlying feeling that you have within you all day long, which could make you bark at someone if you disagree with them. It would be wise to avoid controversial topics like politics, religion and racial issues. (Ya think?) Stay chill.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

Your interaction with others, especially in groups, is dynamic and possibly explosive. You're full of original, inventive ideas, which makes you eager to share your thoughts with others. They might agree; they might disagree. One thing is certain: Someone will surprise you.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

Tiptoe around authority figures because discussions with them will be full of surprises. These surprises might be pleasant or unpleasant. (If provoked, don't quit your day job because that will just be a knee-jerk response.) Power struggles with partners and bosses are likely. Go gently.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

Travel plans might be changed, cancelled or rescheduled. In fact, plans with legal matters, medicine, publishing, the media and higher education are all subject to cancellation and changes. Huffy arguments about politics and religion might create ego battles. Yikes! Easy does it.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Make friends with your bank account so that you know what's happening because sudden surprises related to shared property, taxes, debt and financial matters might occur. You might even have arguments about it. Have eyes in the back of your head because the posse might be after you.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Remember that Libra is the skilled mediator and peacemaker (even though you can argue and debate!) Use your mediating skills plus a good does of patience to avoid nasty quarrels with others. Everyone feels caught unawares by something.SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Your work routine will be interrupted by quarrels, equipment breakdowns, computer crashes, staff shortages or something completely unexpected. Bam! It's hard to prepare for the unforeseen, by sheer definition, but you can allow extra time in your day to be ready to cope with what you least expect.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

This is an accident-prone day for kids, people involved in sports and anyone participating in activities in the hospitality industry and the entertainment world. Slow down and pay attention to everything you say and do.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Your home routine will be interrupted. Just expect this. Small appliances might break down or minor breakages could occur. On the upside, family discussions could yield surprising, original plans for the future. Stock the fridge in case unexpected company drops in.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

This is an accident-prone day for your sign so slow down and pay attention to everything you say and do. However, this same influence can also provoke you to think out-of-the-box and come up with genius-like ideas. Who knew? New faces and new places will excite you.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

Keep an eye on things because you might find money or you might lose money. The same applies to your possessions. Guard what you own against loss, theft or breakage. Alternatively, you might spy something -- a great bargain -- that you truly want. It's a crapshoot.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Actress Sarah Michelle Gellar (1977) shares your birthday. Your reputation matters to you. You are concerned with finding your proper place in society. You have strong family values and are always socially aware. It's important for you to be respected (and sometimes obeyed). This year something new is building in your life. It's a time of growth, learning and preparation, especially for your next year to come.
