MOON ALERT

After 5:30 a.m. avoid shopping or making important decisions for the rest of the day. The moon is in Leo.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

This is a wonderful creative day for you, which means those of you who work in the arts or in any creative industry can be especially productive. However, see the moon alert above because it's a poor day for business decisions or spending money.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

You'll enjoy entertaining at home or having casual conversations with family members, especially females. It's an easygoing day and people are willing to let their hair down to enjoy confidential, heart-to-heart talks with each other. However, postpone important decisions until tomorrow.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

You might be busy with errands, short trips and talking to lots of people. Nevertheless, your efficiency will be impaired because of the moon alert. Conversations will be fun but keep them lighthearted. Postpone important business until another day.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

The moon will make you focus on money and financial issues; however, this is a poor day for financial decisions and definitely a poor day to spend money. This means you can gather your facts and do your homework but wait till another day for decisions and spending.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

The moon is in your sign, which makes you more emotional and excitable. However, there is a moon alert so you might feel a bit like a helium balloon cut free, floating aimlessly in the sky. You will be original and spontaneous. (But it is a goofy day.)

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Play it low-key because you might want to work behind the scenes or very privately. This is a good day for research of any kind, and because you can easily think outside the box, you might come up with unusual answers and solutions.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

This is wonderful day to shmooze with others. Accept all invitations to party. Enjoy interacting with groups either socially or professionally. However, because it's a poor day for important decisions or purchases, just get the facts. Do not act.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Certain details about your private life might be public; and if so, it will be beyond your control. Just be aware of this. If you have some secrets, be cautious. Don't volunteer for anything.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

You will love to do anything that is different because you hunger for a little adventure and thrills, which is why this is a good day to break from your usual routine. Go someplace you've never been before. Do something different.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Although you are focused on taxes, debt, inheritances and insurance matters, plus anything to do with shared property, do not make important issues regarding these areas. Just do what you can, but read the moon alert above.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

You will have a strong focus on partners and friends. In fact, in your dealings with others, be prepared to go more than halfway because the day requires compromise. Nevertheless, continue to avoid important decisions are commitments.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

You might suffer from shortages at work. Don't volunteer for anything and don't agree to anything if someone asks you to accept a big project. Keep your head down and your powder dry. Take note: This is a creative day so you might be inspired by wonderful ideas that you can put into action another day.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Actor Gary Cooper (1901-1961) shared your birthday. You have class. You move with grace and style. You are stoic, dignified and devoted to whatever cause you embrace. Because of your respect for your own principles, others in turn, respect you. Many of you love beauty in literature, music or the arts. This year is the beginning of a fresh new cycle for you. Open any door!
