MOON ALERT After 6 a.m. we have the all clear to do business and make important decisions. The moon is in Gemini.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

Tread carefully because relations with partners and close friends are prickly. Either you or someone else might be miffed at the other, which simply sows feelings of rebellion and strong independence. Don't be hasty. Do not act without thinking.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

Be patient with co-workers and others at work because conflict and difficulties will increase as the day wears on. In addition, your workday could be interrupted with computer crashes, power outages, staff shortages, broken equipment -- something. Aagghh!

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

This is an accident-prone day for your children or kids in your care so please be vigilant. In fact, the propensity for accidents increases until late in the night. Similarly, upsets in sports events and social occasions are also likely. Do not be rushed in anything you do.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

This is an accident-prone time at home or with your family members; therefore, be careful. It is a particularly strong day for upsets and it builds towards the nighttime. Small appliances might break down or minor breakages could occur. It could be anything. Be mindful.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

Be careful because this is an accident-prone day for your sign. Factoid. Please take this warning seriously. It applies to the nighttime as strong as the day. For some, it might be a verbal argument with others because your communications will trigger unpredictable results in some way. Caution!

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Keep an eye on your money because something unexpected could occur. You might find money, you might lose money. Something you own could be lost or stolen. Even your job or your way of earning money might hit a speed bump. Don't do anything rash. Be alert.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

You will feel tension when dealing with partners and close friends. In fact, an argument could suddenly erupt. Or you might attract someone who makes a sudden move against you. Avoid violent people and dangerous places. Be careful with everything that you do.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Hidden enemies might do something to stir the pot against you. I don't want to make you paranoid, and for most people, probably nothing will happen, but if there is someone out there that you are aware of who means you harm, this is the day they might do something.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Group activities will be interrupted. In fact, a friend might surprise you or suddenly oppose you about something. It's a real crapshoot, especially dealing with others. Assume nothing and try to be ready for anything. You might want to avoid crowds.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Be careful that your ambition does not get you in trouble. You might be so keen to accomplish something that it backfires. Or perhaps you will arouse opposition to you? Or your plans might suddenly suffer from an explosion or major setback. Yikes!

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

This is an accident-prone day for your sign so slow down and take it easy. Something unpredictable might occur that also changes your travel plans or causes delays and detours. Setbacks with the law, publishing, the media and medicine are also likely.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

Avoid squabbles about your possessions, inheritances and such because this is a bad day to fight with anyone. If you have to have discussions about these matters table them for another day. In the meantime, defend your own best interests.

Actress Minka Kelly (1980) shares your birthday. You are skilful, imaginative and have great self-discipline. In turn, this gives you fabulous focus with intense powers of concentration. These are the qualities that allow you to accomplish and achieve a lot, but you have to be left alone to do what you want to do. This year is the beginning of a fresh, new cycle. (Exciting.) Open any door!
