Today's Horoscope

MOON ALERT We have the all clear today to do business (whether $10 or $10 million) and make important decisions. The moon is in Capricorn.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

Tension is building up before the full moon tomorrow; plus today, the moon is lined up with Pluto (intense!) and ready to challenge Uranus. This means you have to tiptoe around authority figures -- bosses, parents and VIPs. Do not wake the sleeping giant.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

Avoid controversial subjects like politics, religion and racial issues today because these kinds of discussions will get you in trouble. Meanwhile, you have enough on your hands to deal with changes in travel plans, as well as changes at educational institutions.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

Money squabbles might arise today; in part, due to tension building up before tomorrow's full moon. That's why this is a poor time to make important decisions about inheritances, taxes, debt, insurance matters or how to deal with shared property. Wait a few days.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

Tomorrow the only full moon opposite your sign all year will take place. Naturally, you can feel tension building up today, which will spill out creating difficulties in your relationships. Your only recourse is to be non-judgmental and patient. At least, try.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

You're quite keen to improve your health now. You're on a roll to turn over a new leaf and all that. Things might be difficult right now but after the full moon peaks tomorrow, your intentions to buff your bod and boost your health will flow more easily.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Difficulties with romantic relationships are likely today. In the same vein (but a different arm) you will have difficulties dealing with children and young people. For one thing, people are opinionated and tend to want to improve the other person or make them over. Of course, nobody likes this!

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

The tension building up today before tomorrow's full moon will create arguments at home. Someone powerful might throw their weight around. (Could this be you?) This tension will continue to build until after the full moon peaks tomorrow at 6:25 a.m., so be patient with others.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Today a lot of people are argumentative, which is a good reason to stay away from controversial and sensitive subjects like politics, religion and racial issues. Don't even go there. Take note: This is an accident-prone day as well so pay attention to everything you say and do.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Money squabbles might arise today or quarrels about something that you own. Your attempt to renew, refinish or restore something you own might meet with difficulties or arguments about this ongoing project. Take precautions against loss, theft or breakage.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Early tomorrow morning, the only full moon in your sign all year will take place, which means you will feel tension building up between you and others (especially partners and close friends). Don't be entrenched in your views. Lighten up!

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Tension related to your work is likely today. The only full moon all year that can really do this to you is happening early tomorrow morning. This might create accidents and equipment breakdowns so be careful. Be co-operative. Don't insist on doing things your way.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

Parents and those who work with children should be vigilant today because the only new moon all year in Capricorn is taking place, and this can trigger an accident-prone situation for kids in your care. Romantic partners will also have to be patient with each other. By Monday, things will be fine.

Actress Rachael Taylor (1984) shares your birthday today. You are gregarious and social. You know many things because you like to have something fascinating to offer in conversation, since you truly enjoy the company of others. Your privacy is always important to you. You are co-operative with others and work well in partnerships. Your year ahead is one of learning. Enjoy nature and prepare yourself for a powerful year next year.
