MOON ALERT Caution: After 9:45 a.m. avoid shopping or making important decisions. The moon is in Sagittarius.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

This is the perfect day to get away from it all because you're in a playful, creative frame of mind and you want a change of scenery. Short trips, travel changes plus interactions with people from other countries will stimulate you. A sudden chance to travel is likely.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

Keep an eye on your money. This is a tricky day. Even though you are focused on shared property, inheritances, banking, taxes and debt; nevertheless, this is a poor day to make decisions in these areas. Avoid important decisions and commitments.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

Although it is in your best interests to co-operate with others and be accommodating (that's because the moon is opposite your sign), nevertheless, this is a goofy day! Don't volunteer for anything. Don't agree to anything. Just be easy-going. See Moon Alert above.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

Silly glitches are likely to occur at work, like computer problems, staff shortages and cancelled meetings. Just go with the flow and don't expect too much from yourself and others. Avoid important decisions. Don't agree to anything major. Enjoy yourself!

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

This is a wonderful, creative day for your sign! You might be full of genius-like ideas because it's easy for you to think outside the box. Social plans might spontaneously occur or in turn, be cancelled. (Whaaat?) It's a crapshoot.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

This is the perfect day to hang out at home and putter; however, most of you have to go to work. Oh, well. Work alone or behind the scenes and avoid important decisions. Avoid purchases other than necessities like gas and food. Keep your head down and your powder dry.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

This is a creative day. It's also a goofy day. But it's the goofy part that makes it creative because your mind is like a helium balloon floating free. It can conjure up far-out ideas that are genius-like or just stupid. Could be anything! Enjoy shmoozing with others.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Do not spend money on anything other than necessities like food and gas today because this is a poor day for purchases and financial decisions. (See Moon Alert above.) You're full of high-energy and you're high-viz. Make sure you get credit for whatever you do.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Today the moon is in your sign; however, it is Moon Alert day, which means everything is loosey-goosey. It's a perfect day to socialize and tackle creative projects. By contrast, it's a poor day to sign contracts or agree to anything important or spend money. Just hang out.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Your psychic powers are turned on, just in case you feel this. Even though you can trust your hunches, please avoid important decisions and major purchases. This has nothing to do with your Spidey sense and everything to do with the fact that it is a Moon Alert day.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Enjoy socializing with female companions because this is an upbeat, breezy, easy-going day. However it's also a goofy, loosey-goosey day, which means you have to avoid important decisions. Only spend money on necessities like food or gas. (And movies and fun.)

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

People in authority might be talking about you. For some reason, they notice you but they might not have their facts right. Perhaps you can use this high-viz phenomena to your advantage. If not, you might want to hide. Keep an eye on your money. Not a good day to shop.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Actress Romola Garai (1982) shares your birthday. You adore adventure and seek out ways to make life spectacular. You thrill to the personal discovery of anything new and exciting. You are romantic and physically active. People are attracted to you. Save your money in the first half of this year to offset expenses later. You might have to make an important decision this year. Choose wisely.
