Today's Horoscope

MOON ALERT We have the all-clear today to do business and make important decisions. The moon is in Capricorn.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

This is the classic day for love at first sight. You can also expect sudden opportunities to enjoy social occasions and sports events. (Note: sports events might have upsets.) This is not a predictable day for romance, or anything to do with children. Keep your eyes peeled to avoid accidents with kids.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

Your home routine will be interrupted today, perhaps because small appliances will break down or minor breakages could occur. Surprise company might appear at your door. Someone could be excited because of the introduction of new high-tech toys. Could be anything.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

Stay light on your feet today because things are moving fast -- and they're changing! New people, new places and new ideas will bombard you today. Siblings, relatives and daily contacts might surprise you. Meanwhile, you are full of genius-like ideas! Eureka! Start running to keep up with this fast pace!

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

Keep an eye on your money today because you might find money or you might lose money. You might also have fabulous, brilliant moneymaking ideas; or you might lose something you already own. (Groan.) It's a crapshoot because this influence can work in both directions -- good or bad.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

You're excited and full of energy today because you sense something unusual might happen. Be open to new adventure and anything that promises excitement and stimulation. You will also be frank in discussions with others. "Tell it like it is!" (Well, total honesty is insane.)

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

This is a restless, slightly nervous day for you because you see that all kinds of possibilities are at hand. Things can go off in any direction. You will particularly enjoy studying something new that is stimulating and informative. Be it modern, ancient or high-tech -- anything!

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Your interaction with others, especially in group situations, will be stimulating and revealing today. You might learn something unusual or you meet someone who is a real character. Perhaps someone will tell you something that makes you change your goals? Get out and schmooze because today is full of surprises.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

People in authority -- parents, bosses, teachers, VIPs and the police -- are full of surprises today. Expect the unexpected! Don't overreact or be rebellious if you don't like what you hear and don't quit your day job. This is a temporary "hurricane" passing through.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Sudden opportunities to travel might fall into your lap today. Similarly, a chance to further your education or take a course or learn something new might materialize. Please be aware that this window of opportunity is brief, which means if you're interested -- act fast!

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Gifts, goodies and favours from others might come to you today. Or perhaps you have a chance to use something that someone else owns? You certainly have an opportunity to turn things in your favour in all discussions about shared property, debt and such.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

A close friend or partner will surprise you today. Alternatively, you might meet someone who is a real character. Perhaps you will learn something unusual about someone who is close to you. Take note: These surprises are illuminating and liberating.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

The introduction of high-tech knowledge to your workplace might be exciting. Possibly, computer crashes and glitches to machinery will cause delays and detours. Staff shortages or the introduction of new personnel will make things different. This is not a boring day!

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Tennis player Roger Federer (1981) shares your birthday today. Because you are multitalented, you are comfortable playing many different roles in life. You are responsible and take your duties seriously as you skilfully play these different roles. However, you want recognition and success, if possible! This year a major change might take place, perhaps as significant as what occurred around 2005. It's time to expand and to try your wings!
