Today's Horoscope

MOON ALERT Until 6 p.m. we have the all clear today to do business and make important decisions. The full moon in Aquarius peaks at 1:09 p.m.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

This is a tough day. Romance is in the toilet today because of the full moon energy. Difficulties with shared expenses and responsibilities for others might also be a consideration.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

Each full moon is different. This is a tough full moon but you can handle it if you remain calm, patient and polite with partners and close friends. Relations with authority figures in the family will be testy.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

The full moon today can trigger accidents for you. Pay attention to everything you say and do and cut others some slack. The main reason an accident happens is your own emotional distraction or agitation. Patience is your friend.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

The full moon today will highlight financial difficulties. It might be hard to know whose interests to put first -- yours or others? You're never casual about money and finances, which is why you will know what to do. Tomorrow is an easier day.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

Today the only full moon opposite your sign all year is here. This creates tension between you and others, especially partners and close friends. Furthermore, this full moon will also create difficulties with a parent or older relative at home. Be gracious and patient.VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Avoid difficult people today, especially older, cantankerous types, because your communications with others will be stressed due to the energy of today's full moon and also due to the energy of Saturn conflicting with this moon. (Yikes!) Don't take your worries too seriously.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Discussions with friends, your kids and romantic partners might be intense today because of the full moon energy. This is a poor day to come to important financial decisions. Wait until tomorrow.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

You feel pulled between the demands of home and family versus the demands of your career and reputation. In other words, you can't keep everyone happy. Life is just hard. I suggest you keep a low profile today and wait until tomorrow when things are much better.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

This is a mildly accident-prone day because of the full moon energy. When the full moon occurs, people feel more agitated and emotional, and this is a distraction for them. Drive defensively and of course, pay attention to what you say and do!

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Keep an eye on your cash flow and finances today because the full moon could cause difficulties. Issues related to taxes, debt and what you owe others might come to a head. You won't get help from your boss or an authority figure, so don't even try. If possible, wait until tomorrow or later in the week to work things out.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Today, the only full moon in your sign all year is taking place. Naturally, this creates tension between you and others, especially parents and bosses. Just accept this as inevitable and demonstrate grace under pressure.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

Be patient with coworkers today, because the full moon energy can cause dissension with others. What happens is that people overreact or get worked up about things. (I never leave home without my anger, anxiety and angst. That covers the As.)

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY

Actor/screenwriter Justin Theroux (1977) shares your birthday today. Your excellent verbal skills make you entertaining. People like to be in your company because you are generous and you know how to make them feel good. The first half of this year is slow but then it speeds up. You are like the bud of a plant slowly opening. Learn as much as you can to prepare for next year -- a big year!
