There isn't much real-time hockey to be watched on Saturday nights these days, but here's a different spin on the storied Canada-Russia rivalry. The national team faces Russia as part of the International Rugby Series in Colwyn Bay, Wales. TSN, 7 p.m.

Parking Wars

Motorists who refuse to heed parking regulations get a wake-up call as parking authority officers issue tickets and tow vehicles in Season 6 of this series. The latest edition focuses on New York, New Jersey, Detroit and Providence. A&E, 8 p.m.

Saturday Night Live

Jeremy Renner, moviedom's newest lethal weapon thanks to his starring role in The Bourne Legacy, tries his hand at funny stuff as host of this week's instalment. Maroon 5 provides the musical content. NBC, 10:30 p.m./Global, midnight.
