Not exactly a Christmas movie, but this 1965 musical is a beloved fixture on many families' festive TV schedule. Julie Andrews stars as a young woman who becomes governess to an Austrian widower's seven children. CTV, 7 p.m.

 

Sunday Night Football

When the NFL's schedule-makers placed this 49ers/Seahawks matchup in the lineup many months ago, they could only have dreamed it would be such an important game. A Seattle win puts the NFC West title up for grabs. NBC/TSN, 7:15 p.m.
