Martin and his son Jake try to help Lucy find her daughter, who shares Jake's amazing abilities, in this season premiere. The setting moves from New York to Los Angeles as Martin and the others discover they are targets of a mysterious corporation. Fox/Global, 7 p.m.
Deserving candidates try to prove they're contenders in big business as they meet with executives from some prestigious companies in this new reality TV series. The participants, of course, compete for a job. CBS, 7 p.m.
David Tennant (Doctor Who) explores the history and meaning of Hamlet, assessing the play's artistic merit and discussing why so many scholars consider it Shakespeare's greatest work. Later, Trevor Nunn takes on The Tempest. PBS, 8:30 p.m.
