The competition continues as the planet's best figure skaters take the ice at this year's World Championships from London, Ont. This evening, CBC brings figure skating fans coverage of both the pairs and men's free programs. CBC, 7 p.m.

Walter Clark Jr. continues to recount the story of how he rose through the ranks to become the NYPD's youngest police commissioner. In this new episode, a police officer is killed while moonlighting as a rapper's security guard. CTV, 7 p.m./CBS, 8 p.m.

Fashion Star

The designers present their most alluring pieces in this week's edition. They must decide whether to show off some skin or leave something to the imagination as they compete to impress the judges. One designer's work sparks a bidding war. NBC, 7 p.m.
