Tim McGraw and his guests kick off the summer touring season with a two-hour concert featuring some of the biggest stars in country music. Performers include Faith Hill, John Fogerty, The Band Perry, Keith Urban and Lady Antebellum. CBS, 8 p.m.

Tom Selleck narrates this ambitious seven-part Discovery series, which examines the natural wonder of the continent we call home. Camera crews spent 2,830 days on location, during 250 separate expeditions, to capture more than 850 hours of footage. Discovery, 8 p.m.
