Nine teams of two -- including a father/son tandem from Winnipeg -- set out on the adventure of a lifetime in this premi®re. Hosted by Olympian Jon Montgomery, the series follows the teams as they compete for a $250,000 grand prize and more. CTV, 8 p.m.
The Next Star
The search for the next young star is on in this season premi®re hosted by Carlos Bustamante. Excited hopefuls line up in Calgary and Vancouver as auditions kick off. They perform for the judges in the hopes of earning a golden ticket to the finals. YTV, 9 p.m.
Corbin Bernsen returns as Jim's father, who blindsides Jim with a piece of news. Meanwhile, Jim's latest case involves a three-way polyamorous relationship that is somehow linked to a murder. Rick Fox and Sunny Mabrey also guest star. A&E, 8 p.m.
