The new episode Back-Up Plan finds Rachel making a decision that could affect her career's direction. She auditions for a TV pilot, which does not sit well with the producers of Funny Girl, the job she's dreamed of her entire life. Fox/Citytv, 7 p.m.

In this pivotal new episode, the bottom three contestants all face elimination, and they all get a chance to sing for the judges and prove they merit a place in the competition. At the end of the day, two will go home and one will stay. NBC, 7 p.m.

A devastating explosion rocks Chicago in the new episode A Dark Day. As they search for one of their own who has gone missing in the blast, the firehouse faces impossible tasks. This storyline will be concluded Wednesday on Chicago PD. NBC/Global, 9 p.m.
