Hell on Wheels

The fourth season of this period drama continues to unfold in this new episode. This season introduces big changes for some of the existing characters as well as some new faces. Jake Weber joins the cast as a new adversary for Durant. AMC, 8 p.m.

Untold Stories of the E.R.

An ER doctor is baffled by a patient's blue skin in this new episode. Doctors can't figure out the source of the stomach pain that has plagued a teenage girl for years, and the lone survivor of a plane crash struggles to survive. TLC, 8 p.m.

Saturday Night Live

Lady Gaga gets down to earth as the guest host in this rebroadcast. The pop superstar belts it out during her musical numbers, including Gypsy and a jazzed-up version of Applause, but holds her own and brings the laughs in the sketches. NBC, 10:35 p.m./Global, midnight.
