Oprah Winfrey set to return to Canada to share insights from lengthy career

TORONTO - Oprah Winfrey is heading back to Canada to offer more insights from her celebrated career.

The media maven is set to speak in Montreal on April 11 and in Hamilton on April 13.

During the show — titled "An Evening with Oprah Winfrey" — the talk show queen will share stories and lessons learned from 25 years as host of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" and as the current boss of the Oprah Winfrey Network.

In January, Winfrey appeared before a crowd of about 15,000 people in Edmonton where she spoke about her interview with disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong.

That northern visit included stops in Calgary and Vancouver.

Tickets for the Montreal event go on sale Wednesday while tickets for the Hamilton event will be available Thursday.
