The Price is Right, right on our doorstep

ORDINARILY, if you want to participate in the game show The Price Is Right, you would have to come on down to Los Angeles to attend a taping at Studio City in Hollywood.

But a touring production of the long-running game show The Price Is Right Live will allow Winnipeggers to engage in Plinko, CliffHangers and the Showcase Showdown on the stage of the Pantages Playhouse on Monday, March 18, at 7:30 p.m.

Ticket prices range from $29 to $59.50 and will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at all Ticketmaster outlets and www.livenation.com .

Would-be contestants aged 19 and older must register at a designated area in the vicinity of the Pantages box office between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on the day of the show.
