The finalists face the final chopping block in this season finale. The final, all-encompassing challenge will test the skills, palate and passion of the remaining chefs before Ramsay declares the winner. Fox, 7 p.m.

This half-hour special showcases highlights from the network's new comedies and dramas. The home of fan favourites Survivor and The Big Bang Theory welcomes such rookies as Made in Jersey and Vegas. CBS, 7:30 p.m.
