Canada’s longest-running comedy club is about to reach a major milestone, and it’s bringing a heavyweight-hilarious lineup to town to help it celebrate.
Rumor’s Comedy Club is marking its 30th anniversary this fall by booking four of its most popular acts ever — Derek Edwards, Daryl Lenox, Mike Wilmot and Dave Hemstad — for a weekend of special shows Nov. 14 and 15. All four comics, plus a few surprise guests, will take the stage for each of the weekend’s four shows.
Tickets for the diamond anniversary weekend are $30 here. The comedy club is closed for renovations until Sept. 7 due to damage caused by last week’s heavy rainfall.
