SATURDAY Night Live alumnus Chris Kattan is bringing his standup-comedy act to Winnipeg for a three-night stand, March 6 to 8 at Rumor's Comedy Club.

Kattan, a graduate of L.A.'s famed The Groundlings improv/sketch troupe, was a SNL regular from 1996 to 2003, contributing such memorable characters as Mr. Peepers, Mango and one-half of the nightclub-hopping, head-bobbing Butabi Brothers (along with Will Ferrell). He also did many celebrity impersonations, including Clay Aiken, Kid Rock, Alanis Morissette and U.S. Olympic gymnast Kerri Strug.

Tickets for Kattan's springtime appearance at Rumor's are $30, on sale Monday at 1 p.m. at Rumor's Comedy Club (204-488-4520).
