Laughs lineup Hotz-er after Papa drops out

  • Print

THE Just For Laughs Comedy Tour just got a few more laughs.

Canadian comedy favourite Jeremy Hotz has been added to the lineup of the tour's stop in Winnipeg on Nov. 12 at the Burton Cummings Theatre, joining a "Comedy Rat Pack" roster that includes Last Comic Standing winner Alonzo Bodden, Match Game host Darrin Rose, Orny Adams (who was featured in Jerry Seinfeld's Comedian) and comic magician/pickpocket Ben Seidman.

Hotz, known for his deadpan delivery and complaint-filled comedy as well as for his TV-series appearances in Ken Finkleman's The Newsroom and the HBO Canada comedy Call Me Fitz, was in Winnipeg last March with his latest one-man show, The Magical Misery Tour.

Due to a scheduling conflict, comedian Tom Papa (The Marriage Ref) will no longer be part of the tour's Winnipeg show.

Tickets for the Just For Laughs Comedy Tour are $39.50 and $45.50, plus fees and taxes, available at all Ticketmaster outlets.
