Meet nutritionist Julie Daniluk, get a free book

Canadian TV host and nutritionist Julie Daniluk, who has helped thousands of people enjoy allergy-free foods that taste great and assist the body to deal with various inflammations, will be in Winnipeg Friday.

Daniluk, the bestselling author of Meals That Heal Inflammation (Random House) will be at Vita Health Fresh Market (1-166 Osborne St.) from 10 a.m. to noon for a meet-and-greet and book signing. While quantities last, the Manitoba Harvest Hemp Foods is offering complimentary copies of Meals That Heal Inflammation.

She is also the co-host of the Oprah Winfrey Network's Healthy Gourmet, a reality cooking show that highlights the ongoing battle between taste and nutrition.
