"Being a chronic multi-tasker, I tend to have more than one book on the go. Right now I'm finishing Paddle to the Amazon by Don Starkell. What a great book and incredible journey! I often see Don kayaking on the Red River when I'm out rowing on summer mornings, and I've long known about his adventurous past. But after reading his book, I have a whole new respect for him. I'm also intrigued by books about climbing Mount Everest, so I'm reading The Mystery of Mallory & Irvine, about two mountaineers who disappeared climbing the mountain back in 1924. It's a fascinating read. I'm also re-reading The Secret with my fiancé. We enjoy reading this book out loud to each other at bedtime."
