On The NightTable: Marlene Smith
Marlene Smith

"I mostly read mystery and action books. Right now I'm reading a Clive Cussler novel, Blue Gold. It is about the National Underwater Marine Agency in the U.S. I don't read Cussler that much now since he wrote himself into one of his novels as a character called Clive Cussler. The author I do appreciate is the American mystery novelist Janet Evanovich. I collect her Stephanie Plum series, so far 15 books. She is earthy and amusing. She is not a macho woman but neither is she a wimp."
