On the Night Table: Pam Kirkpatrick

Pam Kirkpatrick

Owner, Cake-ology

"I have one chapter left in The Year of the Flood, by Margaret Atwood. It's the second book in a post-apocalyptic trio that focuses on Ren and Toby, who are part of a sect called the Gardeners. I love escaping into these kinds of scenarios, and Atwood has such a way of making everything in this made-up world plausible and eerily accurate. Madd Addam, her third in the series, has been patiently waiting its turn on the nightstand since it came out last summer."
