Tom Green at the News Café: Replay

  • Print

The Winnipeg Free Press News Café may never be the same again.

Off-the-wall comedian Tom Green railed against smartphones and our obsession with Facebook and explained how he would show audiences his scar from testicular cancer surgery.

The 41-year-old native of Pembroke, Ont. will bring his standup comedy routine to Rumor's Restaurant and Comedy Club from April 4-6. The Friday and Saturday shows are already sold out. Tickets are $35.

Green, who has graced the cover of Rolling Stone magazine and starred in several Hollywood movies, got his start on public-access television in Ottawa in the mid-1990s.
