Josh Duhamel and Fergie to have a son?
Josh Duhamel has hinted he and Fergie are expecting a son.
The 'Safe House' star and his Black Eyed Peas star wife have yet to confirm their unborn child's sex, but Josh referred to looking after a boy when talking about childproofing their home.
He said: "You know your kid is going to get... He's going to fall and bump his head. And he's going to do all of those things. But that to me is going to be the hardest thing."
Josh, who is hosting the Kids' Choice Awards in Los Angeles' on Saturday (23.03.13), recently admitted he feels the timing is right for he and the Black Eyed Peas singer to have kids as they feel much "wiser" than when they first wed in 2009.
He explained: "Now I get to relive my youth through my child and see my child live all that. So everybody's got a different path.
"I wouldn't change anything. We're completely happy. We're much wiser than we were 10 years ago. We're much more ready. I think we're so strong as a couple and all of those things are really important when you bring a little one into the world."
Fergie, 37, is extremely excited about becoming a mother, despite feeling unprepared.
She admitted: "We're thrilled. I know that my husband told everybody what I said. My quote when we found out - 'This s**t just got real.'
"But it's true, when that moment occurs to you, there's going to be a human being growing inside of you. It's reality. It's amazing, we're thrilled.
"I have no idea what I'm doing! I'm just going to play it by ear and see how things go, and let the natural instincts kick in."
