Justin Bieber 'under influence of drugs'
Justin Bieber was allegedly under the influence of drugs when he was arrested this morning (01.23.14).
The 19-year-old singer was arrested in Miami Beach after being stopped for drag racing in a rented Lamborghini and he also failed a sobriety test.
Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez told the Miami Herald newspaper that the 'Believe' singer did not have a valid license, was incoherent, had his hands in his pockets and resisted arrest without violence.
Police sources told the publication that Justin admitted to officers that he had a beer, was under the influence of anti-depressants and had been smoking marijuana all day.
Rapper Khalil, the driver of the car who was racing the singer - who was joined in his vehicle by a model named Chantal - is also believed to have been arrested.
Justin's entourage had reportedly used their cars to block traffic on Pine Tree Drive at 26th Street, a residential area, at 4.30am so the two musicians could race.
Officer Martinez said: "When the cars are going that fast, it takes awhile to catch up."
The troubled teenage star is currently at the police station and then will be taken to county jail for processing.
