Kris refuses divorce until Kim admits fraud

As a basketball player, Kris Humphries knows the best defence is a good offence. Following reports that he was holding out for more Kardashian cash, the NBA star is reportedly demanding a public apology from his former wife, along with a confession that "the entire wedding was staged by her and her family."

"Kim's camp is depicting him as money-hungry, but in fact he turned down a $7-million settlement. Her camp is putting out stories about 'Kim's divorce hell' hoping he'll cave in, but he won't," a friend of the Humph told the New York Post. "Kris wants Kim to admit to fraud, to admit the whole thing was staged for publicity, to make a public apology to him because he really wanted a marriage."

Humphries reportedly filed for an annulment of the couple's three-month marriage based on fraud and is demanding the reality star reveal how much she earned during their 72-day-marriage, as he has already done. Last week, his lawyers filed a "Notice of Fiduciary Duty and Remedies for the Breach of the Fiduciary Duty," asking for access to any accounting books and records of any transactions Kardashian made during their marriage, reports E! News.

The Post also cites a source close to Kardashian who claims that the reality starlet is not the one behind the press attacks as "she just wants to move on" (presumably with all that sweet nuptial dough).

The paper reports that reps for both parties declined to comment.
